Problems can be caused by lack of oil in the fuel supply, blocked oil lines, faulty pumps or high fuel viscosity. You need to check the oil level of the oil tank, clean the clogged oil line filter, test the oil pump pressure (10-20Bar for light oil, higher for heavy oil), and make sure that the heavy oil boiler is preheated to 80-100℃. If the fuel oil contains water, impurities or poor compatibility of biofuel, you need to drain out the water, replace the qualified fuel, and use matching stainless steel nozzles.
In addition, the ignition electrode carbon will weaken the spark, to be sandpaper grinding clean, while adjusting the electrode spacing to 2-4mm. ignition transformer output voltage should be greater than 10kV, abnormalities need to be replaced. If the ignition controller is not connected to the power supply or the programme is interrupted, disconnect the power supply for 5 minutes and then restart, according to the fault code for further investigation. Abnormal combustion conditions, too much or too little wind will affect the ignition, need to adjust the dampers according to the manufacturer's parameters, check the blower and wind pressure switch. In case of poor fuel atomisation, clean or replace the nozzle, and the air atomisation burner needs to ensure that the air pressure is 0.3-0.6MPa.
Safety protection device triggering may also cause ignition failure. When the flame detector is faulty, clean the probe, check the wiring and simulate the flame signal test. Temperature or pressure protection device action, such as low water level, steam pressure overrun, etc., to check the water level gauge, pressure switch, clean the flue ash accumulation, to ensure that the parameters are back to normal, so that the boiler can be ignited to run smoothly.
So, when your industrial hot oil heater, thermal oil heater boiler, oil burner boiler can't ignite, don't be in a hurry, first check from these four aspects.
