Structure of natural gas steam boiler

Gas Supply System: The gas supply system is responsible for delivering natural gas to the burners. It includes components such as gas pipelines, filters, pressure regulators and safety valves. The gas supply system needs to ensure a stable supply of gas and a constant pressure.
Flue Gas Treatment System: The flue gas treatment system is used to treat the flue gas produced by combustion. It includes chimney, flue gas purification device and exhaust gas discharge system. Steps for Cleaning a Gas Boiler
Before you start cleaning, make sure to turn off the gas supply and the power to the boiler. This is a critical step to avoid any accidents. You don't want to be working on a live boiler. Also, let the boiler cool down completely. A hot boiler can cause burns, and it's not safe to clean when it's still warm.
Start by using the soft brush to gently remove any dust, dirt, or cobwebs from the outside of the boiler. Pay special attention to the vents and the areas around the controls. Then, use the vacuum cleaner to suck up the loosened debris. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth to give it a final clean.
Most gas boilers have an access panel that you can remove to get to the internal components. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the panel in place. Be careful not to lose the screws. Once the panel is off, set it aside in a safe place.
The burner is one of the most important parts of the gas boiler. Over time, it can get clogged with dirt and debris, which can affect its performance. Use the soft brush to carefully clean the burner. Make sure to remove any buildup on the burner ports. If there's stubborn dirt, you can use a small amount of the descaling solution on a cloth to gently wipe it away.
The heat exchanger is responsible for transferring heat from the burner to the water. It can also get coated with limescale and other deposits. To clean it, you can use the descaling solution. First, follow the instructions on the descaling solution bottle. Usually, you'll need to mix it with water in the bucket. Then, use a syringe or a small funnel to pour the solution into the heat exchanger. Let it sit for the recommended time (usually around 30 minutes to an hour). After that, use a clean bucket of water to rinse the heat exchanger thoroughly.
The flue is the pipe that carries the exhaust gases out of the boiler. It can get blocked with soot and debris, which can affect the boiler's ventilation and safety. Use the soft brush and the vacuum cleaner to clean the inside of the flue as much as you can reach. If you can't clean it properly, it might be a good idea to call a professional.
Once you've finished cleaning all the components, it's time to put the boiler back together. Replace the access panel and tighten the screws. Make sure everything is properly secured.
After reassembling the boiler, turn on the gas supply and the power. Check for any leaks or unusual noises. Let the boiler run for a few minutes to make sure it's working correctly. If you notice any problems, turn off the boiler immediately and call a professional.
