Working Principle Of Fuel Steam Generator

Fuel supply and mixing. Fuel or gas is fed into the burner through the fuel supply system and mixed with air to form a combustible mixture. 
Combustion process. In the burner, the combustible mixture is ignited, producing a high-temperature flame that converts the chemical energy in the fuel into thermal energy. 
Heat transfer and vaporization. The high-temperature flame heats the working fluid water through a heat transfer tube bundle, and the water gradually heats up after absorbing heat. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the water begins to vaporize and produce steam.
Steam transportation and utilization. The generated steam is transported through pipelines to industrial production equipment to meet energy needs, and the steam output and parameters are adjusted according to needs.
