Project Background and Demand
Recently, the WNS1.0 steam boiler project for a school canteen in a city in Eritrea, undertaken by Jiangxin Boiler Co., Ltd. in Shangrao, was successfully completed with the installation and commissioning of the boiler. The company's independently developed WNS1.0 oil (gas) fired steam boiler has been officially put into operation, providing reliable and efficient energy supply for the school's catering services and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the campus's logistical support.

Customized Solution to Address Energy Challenges
Located in northeastern Africa, the school in Eritrea has long faced issues such as low efficiency of cooking equipment and high energy costs. Jiangxin Boiler's technical team, taking into account the local climate and the actual needs of the canteen, recommended the WNS1.0 oil (gas) fired steam boiler. This series of boilers features a wet-back three-pass structure, large heat absorption area, fast heating speed, high efficiency, and simple operation. They are also known for their aesthetic design, compact structure, easy installation, and durability.

Professional Services Overcoming Geographical Barriers
During the project implementation, Jiangxin Boiler sent a team of senior engineers to Eritrea to provide on-site guidance. From foundation surveying and equipment positioning to pipeline connection and safety commissioning, the technical personnel strictly followed international standards and overcame challenges such as language barriers and spare parts procurement. The entire system was installed in just 15 days. The specially configured intelligent control system enables one-key start/stop and automatic pressure regulation, significantly simplifying the operation process.

Empowering Long-term Operation with Technology
To ensure the sustainable use of the equipment, the engineers provided comprehensive training for the school's logistical staff, covering daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. A bilingual Chinese-English user manual was also compiled.

Enhanced Campus Catering with Efficient Energy Supply
After the boiler was put into use, the canteen's operational efficiency was significantly improved, completely transforming the traditional working mode of the school canteen. The equipment integrates multiple functions such as cooking, boiling water, steaming vegetables, making porridge, and sterilizing tableware. A single boiler can simultaneously process the entire meal preparation process. The steam provides even heat across multiple layers of steaming cabinets, ensuring fluffy and fragrant rice, batch-free steaming of pastries, and easy preparation of porridge for dozens of people, all without the need for manual monitoring or waiting for stoves.

The canteen manager described the transformation vividly: "In the past, we had to cook rice, boil water, and steam vegetables at different times. Now, all processes operate concurrently, reducing the meal preparation time by more than half." The automated operation of the boiler has not only eliminated the smoke and fire from the kitchen but also freed staff from the tedious task of monitoring. What used to require multiple people to prepare meals can now be completed by a small number of employees, with the steam-sealed environment ensuring the cleanliness of food processing. One student commented, "Now, hot meals are available at the serving window all day, with a wider variety of dishes, and the canteen has become clean and tidy."
