Steam generator work process: in the water steam system, feed water in the heater heated to a certain temperature, through the feed pipe into the coal economizer, after further heating into the pot, mixed with the pot of water along the descending pipe down to the water-cooled wall inlet box. Water in the water-cooled wall tube to absorb the radiation heat of the furnace to form a mixture of steam and water through the rising tube to reach the cylinder by the steam separation device to make the water, steam separation. Separated saturated steam from the upper part of the cylinder flows to the superheater, continues to absorb heat to become 450 ℃ superheated steam, and then sent to the turbine. In respect of the combustion and flue gas system, the air supply fan sends the air into the air preheater to be heated to a certain temperature. Coal powder, which is ground to a certain fineness in the coal mill, is carried by a portion of the hot air from the air preheater and sprayed into the furnace chamber through the burner. The coal dust and air mixture ejected from the burner is mixed with the rest of the hot air in the furnace chamber and burns, releasing a large amount of heat. The hot flue gas after combustion flows sequentially through the furnace, slagging tube bundle, superheater, coal economiser and air preheater, and then passes through the dedusting device to remove the fly ash therein, and then is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan to be discharged into the atmosphere.
