As an efficient and environmentally friendly steam supply equipment, electric heating steam generator plays an important role in industrial production and daily life. In order to ensure its safe and stable operation and extend the service life of the equipment, as a manufacturer of steam generators, we have listed a series of precautions that must be strictly observed when using for the first time:

1.Pump emptying operation
Before the electric heating steam generator is started, it is difficult to add water because there may be air in the pump line. Therefore, a pump emptying operation is required. The specific operation steps are as follows: Rotate the air release screw on the outlet connector of the pump 3-4 turns counterclockwise until water emerges (let the water flow out for about half a minute or more), indicating that the air has been discharged. Then, tighten the screws to prevent water leakage. This step is essential to avoid damage to the pump due to air blockage during water delivery.

2. Heating and venting process
When first heated, a large amount of air may remain inside the electric heating steam generator. In order to discharge this air, the exhaust valve needs to be opened and closed several times. This operation helps to ensure that the air in the furnace is completely expelled, thus avoiding problems such as steam carrying water or steam pressure instability.
3. Steam purity control
For users with high steam purity requirements, the steam outlet valve should be kept half open. This is because the half-open state can balance the steam flow and pressure, reducing the possibility of steam carrying water. At the same time, the steam with water is a normal phenomenon when the first boot, and the user does not need to worry too much. However, if the phenomenon of steam carrying water persists or worsens, the equipment parameters should be checked and adjusted in time.

4. Close the inlet pipe valve
In our steam generator factory, at the end of each day, in order to ensure the safety and easy maintenance of the electric heating steam generator, it is necessary to close the water tank inlet pipe valve. At the same time, it is also necessary to drain the excess water in the tank and the furnace to avoid the accumulation of scale and impurities affecting the next day's work. This step is important for extending the service life of the equipment and maintaining the quality of the steam.
5. Furnace blow-off
It is also necessary to discharge the furnace once a day to remove the accumulated dirt and impurities in the furnace, so as to prevent excessive pollution from blocking the pipeline or damaging the electric heat pipe. Exercise caution when discharging sewage to avoid burns and ensure personnel safety.
In summary, when the electric heating steam generator is used for the first time, the above precautions and operating specifications should be strictly observed. Through the correct operation and maintenance work, you can ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment and extend the service life.
