Wet maintenance method: boiler shutdown after the release of water, the internal dirt thoroughly removed, rinse, re-injected into the treated water to the full, the furnace water heated to 100 ℃, so that the gas in the water out of the furnace, and then close all the valves, the cold climate of the place can not be used to keep the wet maintenance method, so as to avoid damage to the boiler furnace water icing.
For hot oil boiler, gas oil boiler, oil burner boiler, long-term out-of-service maintenance also applies to the above methods. Dry and wet maintenance, need to focus on checking the heating system, burner and other key components, to avoid long-term idling oil blockage, parts rust and corrosion and other problems, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment when it is activated again.
