Electric steam generator is mainly composed of three parts.

Liquid level controller is the central nerve of the self-control system of electric steam generator, which is divided into two categories: electronic and mechanical. Electronic level controller through three electrode probe of different heights to control the liquid level (i.e., the difference between the height of the water level), so as to control the water supply of the pump and the heating time of the heating system of the furnace gallbladder, the working pressure is stable, the application range is relatively wide. Furnace gallbladder body are generally made of boiler-specific seamless steel tube, was slender upright.
